My upcoming short comic The Slaves, being something of a segway into Grey Eyes, is going to be more mature than my other works. I’ve been doing mostly tame comics for a while now, so I’m trying to break myself out of that mold. GE deals with more serious and mature themes (not to mention having a foul-mouthed main character), so it’d be a good idea to start breaking the cutsie motif I’ve gotten myself into. :^P

This one is still on the cutsie side, but eh. I’m getting there. Clara kind of lends herself to the cutsie (big pink hair and all that).

We’re throwing another Coloring Book Challenge contest over at deviantART Disney-Club, and I thought it’d be fun to take another crack at it~ It’s a fun challenge, highly recommended!
I couldn’t think of an artist to mimic, so I asked my sister to start throwing out names for me. She said Van Gogh, and here we are! I hadn’t done Aurora yet, and because she’s my favorite it was about time to do a coloring page for her. <3 And because I can never choose which dress I prefer for her (blue or pink), I usually opt for both. And with Van Gogh as my inspiration, the blending of the two colors was extra fun to do.
I can’t relocate the exact coloring page I used, but here’s the same one (just at a really bad res).
